For my Photo-essay I chose to photograph homeless cats in their natural habitat. Only two cats came out for me to photograph. These cats live on the levee in Foster City. I decided on this topic for my photo-essay because there are a ton of homeless cats and its a issue where I live.

For my photograph i decided to use a low ISO to capture the movement of the ball being kicked by the boy.

• Element: Line- the lines on the ground and the shadow.
• Principle: Movement: the ball almost being kicked by the boys' foot.
